Fill in the trial form and we set up your district and email you a login within one business day. Your 14 days start when you get it, with full access and no credit card.
Your administrator can set up billing at any time from the Subscription page, by card or bank account. Nothing is charged before the trial ends; after that your plan is billed monthly until you cancel. If billing is not set up when the trial ends, access is locked for everyone in your district until an administrator sets it up. Your records are kept, not deleted: after 30 days locked, the district is made inactive, and you can come back later by arrangement with us.
Yes, from your Subscription page. Cancelling during the trial takes effect when the trial ends, with no charge. Cancelling a paid plan ends it at the end of the paid month, with no refunds. While your access is active you can export your records to CSV.
